• Choose governing law, insurance, or a liability cap for you.
• Collect customer data from your buyers. If you do that in your own business, you still have to handle it under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and any provincial act that applies.
• Replace a lawyer, an accountant, or the signed paper your client already has.

A sensible next step

Paste the outline into a document your lawyer already uses. If the work itself is a site, a shop, or a growth system, book the people who build that and keep the lawyer on the paper.
